Meet the Founder
Valerie, CEO
After nearly two decades in federal service, Valerie Green made the decision to pursue a new chapter centered on creativity, innovation, and impact.
Throughout her career, she helped lead complex initiatives, solve organizational challenges, and support large-scale programs. As she approached a major life transition, she began asking a different question:
"How can I build something that helps people beyond the workplace?"
That question ultimately led to the creation of Kourted. Inspired by her own observations of modern dating, relationship dynamics, and the growing disconnect between intention and experience, Valerie set out to build a platform that helps men create thoughtful, memorable experiences and develop the confidence, leadership, and emotional awareness needed to build meaningful relationships.
Today, Beyond Excellent serves as the parent company behind Kourted and future educational initiatives focused on personal growth, intentional living, and stronger human connection.
