Cancellation Policy

1. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this period will not incur a cancellation fee. 2. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via the confirmation email link or by contacting us directly through phone or email. 3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $25. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
